IT Students Customer Service

There may be a time when you will need to speak to someone with regards to certain administration queries. ICS have an in-house Customer Service team that will respond to your enquiry and help you iron out those issues that stop you being able to concentrate fully on your course and enjoy the thrill of learning something new.

Open 7 Days A Week

Our friendly customer service department is open 7 days a week to answer any problems that you may have. Give ICS a call on 0500 501 335 between the hours of 9.00am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday and 10.00am and 2.00pm at the weekend.

Response Service Levels

We aim to respond to students within defined levels of service. For individual queries, submitted via the Student Online system, we aim to respond to students within 5 days.

Managing your account

Students are able to manage their account via the Student Online system. For checking delivery of course items, changing delivery address, making a payment or generally checking their own progress through the course, students can manage their account from here and plan accordingly.

Returning or cancelling your course

We hope you are happy with your purchase from ICS. If you are not fully satisfied, we will refund or exchange your materials provided they are returned to ICS within 10 working days of receipt.

They must be returned in a saleable condition, in the original, undamaged packaging. If the product is not in a re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

In order to cancel your course, please return your course materials to ICS at the address below, stating your name, address, student registration number and the reason for cancellation.

Please remember to get a free proof of postage certificate from the Post Office or send your parcel by Recorded Delivery. We may ask you to provide proof of the postage date if you returned materials are received at ICS outwith the 10 day cancellation period.

We regret that we cannot be responsible for items which never reach us or are damaged in transit. Please note that Postage and Packaging charges and returns postage cannot be refunded, unless your materials are faulty or damaged.
