Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS): Windows Vista, Configuration

Prerequisites

To successfully complete your exam, you should have:

• At least one year of IT experience
• Be able to provide tier 1 or 2 level phone support in a wide range of environments
• Experience resolving problems with network connectivity, desktop operating systems, security, and applications
• Experience addressing logon problems, performing password resets, and resolving the majority of desktop applications issues.
